What we collect

When you submit a form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you use the visualizer we also receive the photograph you upload. We strip embedded location data from uploaded images before storage.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a design and proposal, and to contact you about your project. That is the entire purpose.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with lead brokers, contractor networks, or marketing companies. We do not send you unrelated marketing because you asked us a question once.

Your photographs

A photograph you upload to the visualizer is used to produce your render and is stored with your enquiry so we can see the room before we call. We will not publish it, use it in marketing, or share it without asking you first, in writing.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, plus a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and records. Ask us to delete your information and we will.
