Custom Kitchen Cabinets
Cabinets drawn for your room, not pulled off a shelf and shimmed to fit.

Drawn for your room, built to the eighth of an inch, in the species and finish you actually want.

A stock cabinet comes in three-inch increments and your kitchen does not. That gap gets closed with filler strips, and filler strips are why a expensive kitchen can still look like it came from a big-box aisle. Custom means the run is drawn to your wall, the appliance openings are cut to your appliances, and the crown dies into the soffit instead of stopping an inch short of it.

We build face-frame and frameless boxes in plywood, hang them on your walls ourselves, and finish them in the species, stain, or paint you picked in the showroom under the same light you will live under. Vincent measures, Vincent draws, and Vincent is there the morning the first box goes on the wall.

How it goes

From the first visit to the punch list.

Seven steps, in order, every time. You always know which one you are in.

Step 01

The first visit

Vincent comes out, measures the room, and looks at what you already have. If your boxes are worth keeping he will tell you so, even though refacing is the smaller job. You get a straight read on what the space can do.

Step 02

Design and drawings

We draw the room in 3D — elevations you can actually read, not a rendering with fake pendant lights. You see cabinet heights, drawer configurations, and where every filler lands before anything is ordered.

Step 03

Materials in your light

Door samples, finish samples, and hardware come to your house. Showroom lighting lies. A white that looks warm in the showroom can read grey under your north-facing window, and you should find that out now.

Step 04

A real calendar

At contract you get dates, not a range — order date, expected delivery, install week, template day, countertop install. If a supplier slips, you hear it from us in writing the day we hear it.

Questions

Custom Kitchen Cabinets — the questions we get most.

How long does a custom kitchen take from deposit to install?
Plan on eight to fourteen weeks depending on species, finish, and whether we are waiting on a countertop template. Painted finishes and rift-sawn white oak run at the longer end. We give you a real calendar at contract, not a range, and we update it in writing if a supplier slips.
Do custom cabinets actually hold up in South Florida humidity?
They do if they are built for it. We use plywood boxes rather than particleboard, because particleboard swells when it takes on moisture and never comes back. On coastal and waterfront homes we also spec stainless hardware and finishes rated for high humidity.
Can you match cabinetry to something I already have?
Usually yes. Bring us a door, a drawer front, or a good photo with something in it for scale. Matching an existing stain on aged wood is the harder half of the job, so we make sample doors and let you approve one in your own kitchen before we build the run.

Ready to talk about custom kitchen cabinets?

Vincent does the first visit himself. He measures, he looks at what you already have, and he tells you straight what the room can do — including when the answer is less work than you expected. No charge for that visit.
