Bathroom Vanities
Built for a room that is wet twice a day, every day.

Custom vanities built for real bathroom conditions — plumbing-notched drawers, moisture-rated boxes, honest storage.

A bathroom is the most hostile room in the house for cabinetry. It gets steamed daily, it gets splashed, and in South Florida the air itself is working against you. Vanities built like kitchen cabinets tend to fail at the toe kick and the sink base first.

We build vanities with moisture-resistant construction, seal the cut edges, and design drawers that are notched around the P-trap so the storage under a sink is actually usable instead of decorative.

How it goes

From the first visit to the punch list.

Seven steps, in order, every time. You always know which one you are in.

Step 01

The first visit

Vincent comes out, measures the room, and looks at what you already have. If your boxes are worth keeping he will tell you so, even though refacing is the smaller job. You get a straight read on what the space can do.

Step 02

Design and drawings

We draw the room in 3D — elevations you can actually read, not a rendering with fake pendant lights. You see cabinet heights, drawer configurations, and where every filler lands before anything is ordered.

Step 03

Materials in your light

Door samples, finish samples, and hardware come to your house. Showroom lighting lies. A white that looks warm in the showroom can read grey under your north-facing window, and you should find that out now.

Step 04

A real calendar

At contract you get dates, not a range — order date, expected delivery, install week, template day, countertop install. If a supplier slips, you hear it from us in writing the day we hear it.

Questions

Bathroom Vanities — the questions we get most.

Is a floating vanity a bad idea in a busy bathroom?
Not at all — it makes a small bathroom feel considerably larger and it makes the floor much easier to clean. It does require solid blocking in the wall, which is straightforward if we are involved before the drywall closes and more involved if we are not.
What vanity height should I use?
Standard is 32 inches, but 34 to 36 is far more comfortable for most adults and is what we build most often. In a kids' bathroom, standard height still makes sense. We set the height against the people who will use it, not against a catalog.
Can I get real storage under a sink?
Yes, with notched drawers that wrap the plumbing. You lose the middle few inches and keep everything else, which beats a single door with a shelf you cannot reach past the trap.

Vincent does the first visit himself. He measures, he looks at what you already have, and he tells you straight what the room can do — including when the answer is less work than you expected. No charge for that visit.
