Commercial Casework & Millwork
Commercial spec, installed on your operating schedule.

Offices, salons, medical suites, restaurants, and amenity spaces — built to commercial spec and installed off-hours.

Commercial casework is a different animal from residential cabinetry. It takes more abuse, it answers to ADA clearances and sometimes to health department requirements, and it goes in around a business that cannot stop operating while you work.

We build to commercial specification, coordinate with the GC and the architect's millwork drawings, and schedule installation after hours or over weekends so a salon, a clinic, or a restaurant loses as few operating days as possible.

How it goes

From the first visit to the punch list.

Seven steps, in order, every time. You always know which one you are in.

Step 01

The first visit

Vincent comes out, measures the room, and looks at what you already have. If your boxes are worth keeping he will tell you so, even though refacing is the smaller job. You get a straight read on what the space can do.

Step 02

Design and drawings

We draw the room in 3D — elevations you can actually read, not a rendering with fake pendant lights. You see cabinet heights, drawer configurations, and where every filler lands before anything is ordered.

Step 03

Materials in your light

Door samples, finish samples, and hardware come to your house. Showroom lighting lies. A white that looks warm in the showroom can read grey under your north-facing window, and you should find that out now.

Step 04

A real calendar

At contract you get dates, not a range — order date, expected delivery, install week, template day, countertop install. If a supplier slips, you hear it from us in writing the day we hear it.

Questions

Commercial Casework & Millwork — the questions we get most.

Do you work directly with general contractors?
Regularly. We can hold the millwork scope on a build-out, produce shop drawings for architect approval, and coordinate our schedule against the GC's. We can also work directly for the tenant when the millwork is outside the base building contract.
Can you install without shutting the business down?
That is the normal request and the normal answer is yes. We stage materials off-site, install overnight or across a weekend, and leave the space operational each morning. It costs more in labor and it costs far less than closing.
What about ADA requirements?
We build reception and transaction counters to compliant heights with the required accessible segment, maintain knee and toe clearances at accessible work surfaces, and keep operable hardware within reach ranges. If the space is permitted, this is inspected, so it is designed in from the drawings.
