A very large 1990s kitchen that was structurally sound and stylistically finished. Two islands, a proper butler's pantry, and ceiling-height cabinetry throughout.
What happened
Scheduled entirely in the summer months around seasonal residency.
Two islands — one for prep, one for seating — replacing a single oversized peninsula.
Butler's pantry built into what had been a coat closet between kitchen and dining.
