Kitchen and butler's pantry · Miami Shores
Miami Shores, period inset
A 1936 village home where the cabinetry needed to look original. Beaded inset in a painted finish, with trim profiles ground to match the existing millwork.
What happened
Existing trim profile was no longer stocked — a knife was ground to match and run.
Beaded inset doors, flush with the frame, on plaster walls that required significant scribing.
Butler's pantry restored to its original location rather than relocated.

Vincent does the first visit himself. He measures, he looks at what you already have, and he tells you straight what the room can do — including when the answer is less work than you expected. No charge for that visit.
